The Fresh Start Law Firm operates fully remotely. This means no need to drive to our office multiple times to meet with attorneys and drop off paperwork. Instead we will have a video conference to go over your financial situation. If you decide bankruptcy is the right pathway for you we will collect all the information we need from you digitally.

This also allows us to meet during non traditional business hours. We work for your schedule not the other way around. So if you cant get away from you job or have other obligations, we will be able to schedule you in before and after typical business hours. ​
